Sleeplessness
365 days a year, 12 months, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Work, children, family, friends.
And me,
I just want to swim.
I have to practice, increase speed & volume, improve my style.
I eat well, exercise, Pilates, cycling the full Monty J
I wish I could stay in the water all day, but I have to take the car to the garage, my son to the doctor, my shirts to dry cleaning and all the daily tasks
I’m a juggler. I really don’t know how I do it.
But actually- I do.
There is one thing that I can always live without- “proper sleeping”. 5 hours are enough, maybe 4. I’m not tired, I just have to keep on moving. Sleeping is for losers.
Well- not really.
I’m on my way to my first swimming marathon in the fall of 2015. 11 kilometers of freestyles. 6 hours of swimming.
I’d better sleep.
To keep my body strong, preventing injuries, to stay concentrate and calm, for all those reasons I have to sleep more.
I wish there was a pill that gives you all the benefits of sleeping without the necessity to actually spend time in bed. There is so much to do and so little time.
4:30?? Already??!!!
Wake up, lazy sleeping beauty, 5:45 you’re expected at Poleg pool, for a double workout. Enjoy your day.
