A brief DNA based pre-workout explanation

Soon enough you will become WEST swimmers, which means you will understand the specific right way for you (and not for others) to swim at.

WEST theory was developed by a great team of swimmers, physiotherapists and hydro-therapists, as post trauma rehab such as car accidents, CVA (cerebral vascular accident) and disc herniation, in order to be able to swim painless, faster, speed up metabolism, improve cardio abilities etc.

The workout planning is individualized to you specifically, based on flexibility, pain level and tolerance, strength, floating ability, gender, swimming ability, conditioning level etc.

There are total of 10 different workouts, and it is up to you to complete each workout 3 times, so if you work out 3 times a week, you will finish the whole program in 3 months. If you work out twice a week, it will take you 4 months to complete the program and excreta (it is highly recommended to work out at least twice a week since anything less than that is ineffective and will cause you to quit the program. Of course you can work out 4-5 times a week, but not 6).

Each workout has 5-15 different videos of 1 minute long.
